Erika Copenhaver, Attorney
Erika Copenhaver is an attorney licensed in California. She is knowledgeable and experienced in contract law, estate planning, probate matters, trust litigation, and international transactional work, with a positive track record for zealously representing her client’s interests with positive outcomes.
Ms. Copenhaver’s Estate Planning experience includes the drafting of trusts, power of attorneys, and health care directives to carry out the client’s desires; the management and transfer of assets; handling probates, beginning with the Petition to Probate the estate to the Final Distribution of the estate; all aspects of trust administration; trust litigation and trial preparation; and drafting appellate briefs.In addition to Estate Planning, Erika specializes in small business incorporation and licensing, and international transactional work.

Ann Eberts, Attorney
Ann Eberts is a third-generation California lawyer whose family has been practicing law in California since 1917. Growing up in a lawyer’s household, Ann’s childhood was filled with discussions of the law, the legal profession, and a deep-seated concern for clients’ best interests. Identified as having “lawyer skills” from a young age, there was no doubt Ann would follow the family profession.
Ann has represented all manner of clients—from individuals, to regional utilities, to the nation’s largest banks, and the world’s largest retailers—and everything in between. Ann practices exclusively in the area of trusts and estates, including estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. Her clients can rely on her for informed, measured, and forthright advice and top-notch legal work.
Ann graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 2006 and competed in regional, national, and international mock trial competitions, most-notably winning the 2005 ABA Labor & Employment Trial Advocacy Competition in Los Angeles and placing second at the 2006 ABA/John Marshall International Criminal Trial Advocacy Competition in Chicago. Ann was admitted to practice law in California in 2006 and Ohio in 2007 and has been admitted to the federal bar for the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California.
